Before your wedding

• Unlimited emails and calls – we’re here for all your questions, big or small

• Bar tasting event to sample wines and cocktails, complete with delicious nibbles – we’ll help you choose the perfect drinks for your day

• Venue access from 12pm the day before your wedding so you can set up at your own pace with family and friends

• Wedding rehearsal with your coordinator the day before, to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day

Steph has been with us since the very beginning and has coordinated every single wedding we’ve ever hosted. She brings a brilliant mix of creativity, calm professionalism and serious know-how—plus, she’s got a cracking sense of style and a sense of humour to match.

From your very first planning call to the final dance on your big day, Steph will be there. You’ll have two dedicated planning meetings with her, a phone call before the day, and full support throughout your wedding from morning prep to late-night farewells. She’ll help you create a timeline, keep everything running smoothly, and make sure absolutely nothing gets missed—so you can just focus on enjoying the best day of your life.
